Founder / CEO
Celso Meira is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning Europe, North America, and Africa. Known for strategic vision and operational expertise, he drives growth in complex environments.
In his career, Celso has excelled in roles requiring financial management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. His leadership at Topia as a member of the C-suite and Vice President of Engineering and at Derivco/Microgaming as Head of Game Integrations highlights his ability to successfully lead diverse teams. He is recognized for increasing sales, optimizing supply chains, and expanding markets while focusing on client satisfaction and industry standards.
Celso’s skills include leading large technology programs, such as his pivotal role in the launch of Standard Bank’s first Corporate and Investment Bank in Côte d’Ivoire. He builds strong stakeholder relationships and leads projects that align with business goals for sustainable growth.
With an Executive MBA from Dublin City University and pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at SETU, Celso values continuous learning. He is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, where he contributes to shaping the future of business through thought leadership.
